Abdullah Shawn Kulunkoglu has spent his career building businesses, developing teams, and identifying opportunities for growth. Early in his career, he joined a company in the heavy-duty transportation industry, where he led sales and helped build the operation from the ground up into a multimillion-dollar business.

In his twenties, Abdullah co-founded his own heavy-duty truck parts company. Under his leadership, the company grew into a multimillion-dollar enterprise serving customers throughout the United States. The business combined domestic distribution with international sourcing and manufacturing, including production in Türkiye and partnerships with suppliers around the world.

Following the successful sale of the company, Abdullah increasingly focused his attention on investing and the public markets. His entrepreneurial background shapes his approach today: understand the business behind the numbers, recognize opportunity, manage risk, and act decisively when conviction is supported by the facts.

Taras Homenyuk brings decades of hands-on entrepreneurial, construction, and project-management experience to United Path Capital.

Throughout his career, Taras has owned and operated businesses, built and remodeled homes, overseen major construction projects, and served in general-contractor capacities for multiple organizations. His experience has required him to manage people, budgets, schedules, contractors, and the unexpected challenges that accompany complex projects.

Known for an exceptional work ethic and a strong sense of personal responsibility, Taras brings an execution-focused perspective to the partnership. His approach is grounded in understanding how things actually work—not simply how they appear on paper—and following through when difficult decisions need to be made.

Greg Modzelewski brings a healthcare, operational leadership, and risk-focused perspective to United Path Capital. A practicing pharmacist, Greg has spent much of his career managing pharmacy operations and leading teams in an environment where accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.

His professional background has developed a naturally analytical and risk-conscious approach to decision-making. Greg is known for digging deeply into details, questioning assumptions, and identifying pieces of an analysis that might otherwise be overlooked.
